Cuca is once again participating in Ubud Food Festival, this time under the special event “Best of Bali”. Six top chefs from six leading restaurants in Bali will come together to celebrate Bali and the intriguing flavors of Indonesian ingredients. Chris Salans (Mozaic), Daniele Taddeo (GROW Bali), Kevin Cherkas (CUCA), Kieran Morland (Merah Putih) and Mandif Warokka (BLANCO par Mandif) will present their signature dishes.
