1. ++Prices are subject to 18,8% government taxes & service charge.
2. The Minimum Spend per person for any event in Cuca is IDR 400,000++.
3. Maximum capacity:
      – 40 pax seated in Private Dining Room
      – 110 pax seated in Dining Room
      – 150 pax seated in Dining Room & Private Dining Room
      – 100 pax seated in Garden
      – 250 pax seated indoors & outdoors
During raining season, only indoor spaces are available for bookings.
4. The Minimum Spend for a Restaurant Buyout during a meal period (lunch from 12pm to 5pm / dinner from 5pm to midnight) is:
      – IDR 35 million for Private Dining Room
      – IDR 100 million for Dining Room or Garden
      – IDR 120 million for both (Dining Room and Private Dining room),and
      – IDR 200 million for the entire restaurant.
The kitchen counter (Food Bar) is non-reservable.
All Minimum Spends are net and fully credited in food and beverage.
5. A Non-Refundable Deposit is required for bookings of more than 15 guests or for any bookings pre-ordering a menu. This deposit amounts to:
       – For non-exclusive events: 25% of the total amount if menu has been chosen OR 25% of the Minimum Spend per person if the menu selection is pending.
       – For exclusive events: Minimum Spend based on the space chosen.
No booking can be made and guaranteed if deposit has not been received.
6. Prices are subject to change if deposit has not been paid or the menu has not been chosen.
7. Certain menu items may be replaced by similar ones in the rare event of being discontinued.
8. Booking date: once deposit is paid and booking is made, the date booked is final and not changeable.
9. For cancellations, date changing or no shows, the Deposit paid is non-refundable.
10. Once the deposit is paid, the Final Number of guests can only be decreased with a notice of at least 5 working days before the event AND by a maximum of 10 guests from the total stated in the Deposit Receipt. For any additional decrease, the Minimum Spend per person is chargeable. For last minute bookings (less than 5 days before the event), the number of guests stated in the Deposit Receipt is Final. In case of late notifications or if on the day of the event the number of guests is less than the Final number confirmed, the price of the menu per person selected or, if no menu is chosen, the Minimum Spend per person is chargeable based on the Final Number of guests. Any increase is allowed at any time subject to availability.
11. Tastings are chargeable and must be arranged in advance.
12. Food restrictions & final menu: to be confirmed 5 working days before the event. In case of late notifications, special menus are subject to availability and will be charged as additional orders.
13. No outside food or drinks allowed. No outside alcohol (BYO) is allowed for exclusive events.
14. Beverages can be served upon arrival of each guest, BUT pre-ordered canapes / menus will only be served once the total number of guests has arrived. Menus for any guests arriving late will be charged as additional orders.
15. Final settlement, beverage and any additional food ordered (charged based on consumption) must be settled during the event.
16. During the event we accept payments only in cash and credit card: Visa, Master and Amex (free of charge). No bank transfers outside office hours are accepted.
17. Outside decoration/entertainment are subject to Cuca’s prior written approval and may require a damage deposit of IDR 5 million and in case of damage, the customer will be liable to cover the entire cost of the repairs or replacement of the items broken or lost.
18. A Buyout is necessary to bring entertainment or decoration affecting other than the guests’ tables.
19. A silent and smoke-free generator must be supplied by the customer for any electricity required for decoration or entertainment purposes.
20. The cut-off time for setting up or breaking down is 4pm. To start the setup earlier or to break down later, a set-up fee of IDR 20 million is required per space.
21. Only acoustic music at a moderate volume is allowed. Sound Curfew for all events is midnight.
22. Our Dining Room is meant to be a quiet space to preserve our guests’ tranquility. If you are not booking the room exclusively, we highly suggest relocating events with children to our Garden Lounge or alternatively please help us to keep children reasonably quiet so other guests can enjoy their evening.
