1. The minimum spend per person for any evening event in Cuca is IDR 300,000++.
  2. ++Prices are subject to 18.8% government taxes & service charge and may change if deposit has not been made.
  3. Certain menu items may be replaced by others if they have been discontinued.
  4. Maximum capacity: 40 pax (seated in Private Dining Room), 160 pax (seated in Dining Room), 250 pax (standing outdoors).
  5. Minimum spending to book Cuca exclusively for a meal period (lunch from 12pm to 5pm; dinner from 5pm to 12am): IDR 25 million for Private Dining Room, IDR 80 million for Dining Room or Garden, IDR 120 million for the entire restaurant (Outdoors + Indoors). All net and fully credited in food and beverage.
  6. The cut-off time for setting up or breaking down decorations is 4pm. To start the setup earlier or to break down later, an additional IDR 20 million minimum spending is required.
  7. Non-Refundable Deposit: 25% of the total amount in order to guarantee the booking. No booking is guaranteed if deposit has not been received and the number of pax booked can only be decreased at any time by a maximum of 10 pax. Minimum spend per person is chargeable for more than that.
  8. Final number of guests (max. 10 pax less than original invoice. Any increase is allowed but subject to availability) and food restrictions to be confirmed 5 working days before the event. The price of the menu selected per person is chargeable for late notifications.
  9. Final settlement, beverage and any additional food ordered (charged based on consumption) must be settled during the event.
  10. During the event we accept payments only in cash and credit card: Visa, Master and Amex (free of charge).
  11. If on the day of the event the number of guests is less than confirmed, the confirmed number will be charged.
  12. No outside food or drinks allowed. BYO not allowed for exclusive events.
  13. Outside decoration/entertainment are subject to Cuca’s prior written approval and may require a damage deposit. A generator must be supplied by the customer for any electricity required for decoration or entertainment purposes.
  14. Only acoustic music at a moderate volume is allowed. Sound Curfew for all events: midnight.
  15. Our Dining Room is meant to be a quiet space to preserve our guests’ tranquillity. If you are not booking the room exclusively, we highly suggest relocating events with children to our Garden Lounge or alternatively please help us to keep children reasonably quiet so other guests can enjoy their evening.
  16. Cancellation/Date Changing penalty: the deposit paid.
  17. Full payment is due in case of no call/no show.
  18. FIT Cancellation/ No show policy on the day of event: penalty of IDR 300,000 NET/pax booked.
