Ingredients
| 400 grams | boneless chicken thigh fillet, cut into thumb sized pieces |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 4 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 | thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced |
| 1 tsp | Cuca Salts for Poultry |
| 1 tsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tsp | white pepper |
| ½ tsp | black pepper |
| 1 | egg white |
| sliced spring onion, for garnish |
Sauce
| ½ cup | mayonnaise |
| ¼ cup | sweet chili sauce |
| 3 tbsp | chili sauce |
Method
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Cuca Salts for Poultry, soy sauce, white pepper, black pepper, and egg white. Mix well.
- Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and chili sauce until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss well to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sliced spring onion.
