Canadian Chef Kevin has an enviable track record developed in some of the world’s most outstanding restaurants. He contributes to the best dining experiences wherever he goes. Chef Kevin sharpened his skills at Michelin’s three-star Arzak Restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain, as well as at Michelin’s three-star El Bulli in Roses and Michelin’s two-star La Broche in Madrid. He also made his mark in New York City with Daniel Boulud at his highly esteemed Michelin three-star Daniel restaurant.
Most recently, Chef Kevin served as the head chef at BLU in the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, and Restaurant Lafite at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Coming from the beautiful city of Salamanca, Spain where she obtained her first master’s degree in Linguistics at one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in the West, Virginia’s obsession with learning and discovery has taken her on a journey eastwards for the past 20 years. After completing yet another master’s degree, this time in Business Administration, she worked for several fast-growing companies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and subsequently moved to Singapore, where she led the exponential growth of a leading premier language school. Her deep understanding of both European and Asian markets, her ability to see every aspect of a business from the customer’s perspective and her natural talent to create, develop and manage a company have made her the driving force behind Cuca’s success.
Responsible for the most important aspect of all: our guest experience, Aji has believed in Cuca and been with us from the very beginning. Born in Indonesia and blessed with a natural gift for hospitality and polished by years of experience in key management positions, he has become a pillar of professionalism in Cuca and an inspirational leader for our service brigade.
