Fall Off The Bone Bbq Beef Ribs

These ribs don’t just fall off the bone—they dive off. Seasoned with Cuca Salts for Meat and slow-cooked to perfection, they’re smoky, juicy, and slathered in sticky BBQ goodness. The kind of dish that makes grown-ups lick their fingers and forget their manners. Go ahead, make a mess.

Ingredients

1 rackbeef ribs
3 tbspCuca Salts for Meat
1 tbsppaprika powder
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 cupBBQ sauce

Method

  1. Mix Cuca Salts for Meat, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub generously onto ribs and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil very well and cook 150c for 4 hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  3. Remove ribs from aluminum paper and brush with BBQ sauce and broil or BBQ for 5 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Let rest before slicing and devouring. Extra napkins recommended—you’re gonna need them.
