
Garlic Lemon Scallops

Ingredients
400 grams | scallops |
1 tbsp | Cuca Salts for Seafood |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
3 tbsp | butter |
3 cloves | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
Method
- Pat scallops dry and season generously with Cuca Salts for Seafood.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear scallops for about 2 minutes per side, until golden and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, and stir in lemon juice. Return scallops to the pan and toss to coat in the buttery lemon-garlic sauce.
