Garlic Lemon Scallops

Fancy without the fuss? Say hello to these golden seared scallops dripping in garlicky lemon-butter goodness. All it takes is a hot pan, a quick flip, and a sprinkle of Cuca Salts for Seafood to make the magic happen. Juicy, buttery, and done in minutes — this one’s a total show-off (with zero stress).

Ingredients

400 gramsscallops
1 tbspCuca Salts for Seafood
2 tbspolive oil
3 tbspbutter
3 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspfresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Pat scallops dry and season generously with Cuca Salts for Seafood. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear scallops for about 2 minutes per side, until golden and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, and stir in lemon juice. Return scallops to the pan and toss to coat in the buttery lemon-garlic sauce.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
