
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These aren’t your grandma’s brussels sprouts. Roasted till crispy, kissed with garlic, and topped with golden parmesan, they’re addictively good—and Cuca Salts for Veggies makes them shine. Just toss, roast, and devour. Warning: they might outshine the main dish.
Ingredients
2 cups | brussels sprouts, halved |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
¼ cup | grated parmesan |
2 tbsp | Cuca Salts for Veggies |
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, and Cuca Salts for Veggies.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with parmesan and roast 5 more minutes until crispy and golden. Best eaten straight from the tray… no judgment.
