
Grill Pork Skewers
Juicy, charred, and straight-up mouthwatering, these pork skewers are your new BBQ MVP. Marinated in a zesty mix of calamansi, garlic, and Cuca Salts for Pork, then grilled to smoky perfection. Warning: once you serve these, you’ll be on skewer duty forever.
Ingredients
1 kg | pork belly, cut into strips |
¼ cup | calamansi or lime juice |
¼ cup | soy sauce |
¼ cup | vinegar |
4 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 stalk | lemongrass, minced |
¼ cup | salad oil (for basting) |
2 tbsp | Cuca Salts for Pork |

Method
- In a bowl, combine calamansi/lime juice, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, lemongrass, and Cuca Salts for Pork.
- Marinate pork belly strips in the mixture for 2 hours.
- Thread marinated pork onto bamboo skewers.
- Grill over medium heat, basting with salad oil, until cooked through and slightly charred. Best enjoyed straight off the grill—with bare hands and a cold drink.
