Parmesan Crusted Cod

This ain’t your average fish dinner. With a crunchy parmesan crust and a hit of Cuca Salts for Seafood, even basic cod gets a gourmet glow-up. It’s zesty, crispy, and ridiculously easy — the kind of dish that makes you look like you really know what you’re doing. Weeknight hero? Absolutely.

Ingredients

4cod fillets (or substitute with mahi-mahi)
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
¼ cupbread crumbs
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tsppaprika powder
1 tbspCuca Salts for Seafood
2 tbspbutter, melted
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspfresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika powder, and Cuca Salts for Seafood.
  3. Brush fish fillets with melted butter and lemon juice. Press into the parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Place fillets on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 10  minutes, or until light golden and flaky.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with a light salad for a complete, flavor-packed meal.
