
Parmesan Crusted Cod

Ingredients
4 | cod fillets (or substitute with mahi-mahi) |
½ cup | grated parmesan cheese |
¼ cup | bread crumbs |
¼ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ tsp | paprika powder |
1 tbsp | Cuca Salts for Seafood |
2 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika powder, and Cuca Salts for Seafood.
- Brush fish fillets with melted butter and lemon juice. Press into the parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
- Place fillets on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, or until light golden and flaky.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with a light salad for a complete, flavor-packed meal.
