Bringing a taste of Bali to Margaret River, Chef Kevin Cherkas will take over the Voyager Estate kitchen at the Gourmet Escape.
The Cuca team, in collaboration with Voyager Estate Head Chef, Santiago Fernandez, will put their fearless creativity to the test to orchestrate a flowing menu tuned to the elegance of the Voyager Estate wines, and served to the laid back beats of Dr Erik.
A truly memorable, ultra-contemporary, ‘think outside the box’ foodie experience. A sundown spent savoring mouthful after mouthful of magically crafted canapés and signature bites, each passed around in a deliberate sequence and presented paired with a series of cocktails and international wines. This impactful beginning will be followed by casual table dining of shared tapas and the best of the best of Cuca’s signature desserts.
